Mr. Shah is a Registered Valuer (S&FA) and works as a Chartered Accountant. He holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce and is also a Company Secretary. With close to fifty years of experience, Mr. Shah has worked extensively in the fields of Corporate Finance, business advisory, Corporate Laws, business valuation, assurances, FEMA, and taxation. He has served as an Independent Director for both listed and unlisted companies and has chaired Audit Committees as well.
